Hi, I'm Paige! My passion for creating recipes blossomed after I embraced a vegan lifestyle in January 2024. Initially, I worried it would be challenging to maintain both a vegan and gluten-free diet due to my celiac disease. However, I discovered great joy in exploring new foods and recipes, and felt healthier than ever.
