Ingredients
- Pumpkin Puree
- Unsweetened plant milk – I used soy milk. Almond or oat milk would work as well.
- Canned coconut milk (full fat and vegan)
- Maple syrup
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Vanilla extract
- Cold brew or iced coffee
Step by Step Instructions

- First, add the plant milk, pumpkin puree, canned coconut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract to a glass or jar.
- Then, use a hand held frother to mix until fully blended.
- Add ice and cold brew or iced coffee to a glass about 3/4 of the way full, leaving room for the cream.
- Lastly, add your blended pumpkin cream to the glass and stir.
